Questions, answered properly.

What StructuredAF does, what it doesn't, how it fits your website and what happens after you subscribe. Straight answers, before you spend a penny.

Part 01

What you're actually buying

StructuredAF creates a clearer, connected account of your business for the systems reading your website.

You tell us what you do, who you help, what you offer and what backs up your expertise. StructuredAF organises those facts into a structured business profile and connects it to your site.

It doesn't replace your website. It helps the information already there make sense as a whole.

Your website was written for people. The important facts about your business are spread across your homepage, service pages, about page, booking system and half a dozen other places.

For AI to make a useful match, it needs more than your name and a homepage headline. It needs a clear picture of what you do, who it's for and why you might be the right recommendation.

StructuredAF gives it that clearer picture.

No.

StructuredAF organises the information you provide. It doesn't churn out blog posts, manufacture credentials or pretend you have expertise you don't.

You stay in control of what your business profile says, and you're responsible for keeping it accurate.

No, but the two work together.

SEO helps individual pages get found. StructuredAF helps systems understand the business behind those pages: your offers, your audience, your experience and how it all connects.

Keep your existing SEO setup. StructuredAF adds a layer of understanding on top. There's more on what's included over on What You Get.

Part 02

Fit and expectations

StructuredAF is for solopreneurs, coaches, consultants, educators and expert-led businesses with real knowledge, clear offers and no desire to become content machines.

It's particularly useful when people choose you for your judgement, experience or specialist approach.

It's not designed for large product catalogues, or for businesses still figuring out what they sell. There's a fuller answer on Who It's For.

No. There's no posting schedule, prompt library or content treadmill hiding inside the product.

Good content can absolutely strengthen your business. But StructuredAF starts with the expertise, offers and proof you already have.

No, and nobody can honestly promise that.

StructuredAF gives AI systems clearer, more accurate information about your business. It can't control what any particular model says in any particular answer.

We improve the information available for the match. The final answer belongs to the AI.

Your structured business profile is live on your website as soon as it's completed and connected.

How quickly different AI systems discover, process and use that information is outside anyone's control. StructuredAF is long-term business infrastructure, not an overnight advertising campaign.

Part 03

Your website

WordPress users connect through the StructuredAF plugin.

Other supported platforms use a copy-and-paste code snippet. Because some platforms and plans restrict access to the parts of your site the code needs to live in, check the platform compatibility guide before you buy.

Usually not.

WordPress users install the plugin and connect their account. On other supported platforms, you follow the relevant knowledge base guide and paste the supplied code into your site.

If your platform restricts custom code, ask us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it's compatible.

Yes. Keep it.

StructuredAF is built to work alongside common SEO plugins, not replace them. Your SEO plugin carries on doing its job while StructuredAF adds the fuller business information it doesn't normally cover.

Update your StructuredAF profile whenever your offers, audience, credentials or other details change.

On WordPress, the connected plugin picks up the updated version for you. On other platforms, you generate the revised code and replace the previous snippet yourself. Updates don't propagate automatically without the plugin.

No. StructuredAF adds nothing visible to your pages, so your design stays exactly as it is.

Your business profile sits within your site's code, not in anything your visitors have to load, look at or click.

Part 04

Plans, cancellation and support

Choose the one-site plan if you run one business website. Choose the three-site plan if you manage several sites or brands.

Current prices and everything each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Yes. StructuredAF is billed annually and renews automatically.

Your subscription covers access to the platform, the WordPress plugin, delivery of your business profile, product updates and support.

You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

After that, there's a 30-day grace period during which you can resubscribe without rebuilding your profile. Once it passes, your stored business information is deleted and StructuredAF stops delivering your profile to your website.

The full detail lives in our Terms of Service.

There's a 30-day refund policy for genuine platform incompatibility, provided support has first had a chance to resolve the issue. We fix most things quickly, and we'd much rather get you working than process a refund.

The policy covers technical compatibility, not mentions, recommendations or any other outcome. The Terms of Service is the definitive version.

Start with the Knowledge Base, which has setup and platform guides for everything we support.

If the answer isn't there, contact support and we'll work through it with you.

You'll notice there are no prices on this page. They live on the pricing page, where they can't quietly go out of date behind your back.
