People can explore those pages and piece things together. AI systems don't always interpret that information in the same way.

It doesn't replace your website. It helps explain the business behind it.

It's particularly relevant when clients choose you for your experience, specialist knowledge or particular approach.

Absolutely not.

There are no daily posting targets, content calendars or instructions to start dancing on TikTok.

Good content can help demonstrate your expertise, of course. But StructuredAF starts with the business you've already built: your experience, offers, professional background and existing content.

You don't need to become a full-time content creator to use it.

No. And I'd be suspicious of anyone who promised you that.

StructuredAF helps provide clearer, more connected information about your business for AI and search systems to interpret.

It cannot control whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another system discovers, uses or recommends that information.

The aim is to make your business easier to understand. What an AI system ultimately recommends is outside our control.

Once you've completed your profile and published it correctly, the information is available through your website. That part is straightforward.

What we can't predict is when individual AI or search systems will discover it, how they'll interpret it or whether they'll use it in their answers.

Part 03

Your website

WordPress users can install our dedicated plugin, which handles publishing and keeps their information updated.

Other supported platforms use a copy-and-paste installation, where you add your StructuredAF code to your website.

Some website builders restrict where custom code can be added, and certain subscription plans may not support it. That's why we recommend checking platform compatibility before buying.

Usually not.

If you use WordPress, you'll install our plugin and connect your StructuredAF account.

For other supported platforms, the Knowledge Base has step-by-step instructions for adding your StructuredAF code to your website. You don't need to understand the code itself.

And if you'd rather not deal with the installation, optional Done-for-You setup is available.

Yes. Please do.

StructuredAF is designed to work alongside common SEO plugins rather than replace them.

Your existing plugin can continue handling your website's SEO while StructuredAF adds connected information about your business, expertise and offers.

It's designed to keep the useful information that's already on your website and add what's missing, rather than duplicating it.

Your StructuredAF profile can change with it.

Launched a new coaching programme? Added a consulting service? Updated your qualifications or changed who you work with? Simply update the relevant information in your dashboard.

On WordPress, the plugin picks up the updated version automatically.

On other supported platforms, you regenerate your StructuredAF code and replace the previous version on your website.

StructuredAF works behind the scenes.

It doesn't add visible sections, widgets or design elements to your pages, so your website's appearance stays the same.

The information sits within your website's code, where compatible systems can access it. There's nothing extra for your visitors to load, look at or click.

Part 04

Plans, cancellation and support

That depends on how many websites you have, not how many things you sell.

If your coaching, consulting, courses and other offers all live on one website, you only need the One Website plan. If you run two or three separate websites, choose the Three Websites plan.

Both plans include the same features. Prices and full details are on the pricing page.

Yes. StructuredAF is an annual subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel.

Your subscription includes access to the platform, your business dashboard, the appropriate publishing tools, product updates and support.

No monthly payments to keep track of.

You can cancel your subscription and keep access until the end of your current paid period.

After that, there's a 30-day grace period during which you can resubscribe without rebuilding your profile.

Once that period ends, your stored business information is deleted and StructuredAF stops delivering your profile to your website.

We offer a 30-Day Compatibility Guarantee.

If, within 30 days of purchase, your website genuinely can't support StructuredAF and we've had the opportunity to investigate and try to resolve the problem, you're eligible for a refund under that guarantee.

The guarantee covers technical compatibility, not whether an AI system mentions or recommends your business.
